What age group is best suited for Fairy Post Office?
We believe that magic touches children of every age through our letters. Most of our enchanted subscribers fall between the ages of 3 and 12. The little ones can immerse themselves in the enchanting illustrations and the joy of having the letters read aloud to them. Meanwhile, those with the gift of reading can embark on their own magical journey through the pages of our letters.
WARNING: CHOCKING HAZARD - SMALL PARTS - not suitable for children under 3 years of age or any individual who has a tendency to put inedible objects in their mouth. Adult Supervision required.
Safety Warning
Please be advised that our letters come with a small zip-locked bag of trinkets and fairy dust, along with two small keepsakes. Adult supervision is highly recommended and required for children under the age of 3, or for anyone who tends to put non-edible objects in their mouth. Always supervise your children to ensure their utmost safety.

Is a subscription required for each magical child in the household?
If your little ones are content with sharing the magic, a single subscription is sufficient, and we can list all their names on the envelope. However, should they want their own personalised magical journey, each child can be subscribed individually by repeating the checkout process.
2. Postage
Do you mail letters internationally?
Our letters are posted from Australia, and we extend our enchanting deliveries worldwide.
Postage is FREE for Australian Customers.
Rest of World International postage is charged at $10.00 AUD given the thickness and size of our letters.

- Within Australia: Expected delivery in 6-7 business days
- USA/Canada: Estimated delivery in 15+ - business days
- UK/Europe: Expected delivery in 15+ business days
- New Zealand: Estimated delivery in 15+ business days

What happens if i don't receive my letter?
Fairy Post Office letters are sent worldwide through Australia Post. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date, and occasionally letters may get lost in transit. Please allow up to 6-10 days from your subscription date to receive your letter (30 days for international deliveries). If your letter hasn't arrived within this time-frame, please send us an email and we'll gladly send you a replacement!

When will i recieve my letter?
Fairy Post Office will post your monthly subscription letters out on the first Monday of each month. Please check your letterbox throughout the following advised time periods above based on your location to receive your magical Fairy Post Office letter! It will be easy to spot amongst your mail as Fairy Post Office has created beautiful customised pink envelopes with a sparkling wax stamp on the back.
2. Subsription Information
When will my letter be mailed?
The first letter will be mailed within 48 hours. All subsequent monthly letters are mailed on the first monday of each month. All letters are sent with Australia Post standard letter postage.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer a variety of plans to suit different needs and preferences. Our plans include 6 months , 12 months, 18 months and our Bespoke Fairy Pen Pal subscriptions. Each plan offers different levels of magical content and benefits. Detailed information about each plan can be found on our subscription page.
How does the billing work?
You will be billed once a month on the same date you signed up, for the duration of the subscription you select. You will receive an email notification before each billing cycle.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. Log in to your account, go to the subscription settings, and select the new plan you wish to switch to. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the subscription settings. Once you cancel, you will continue to receive your fairy letters until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken.
Are there any cancellation fees?
No, there are no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, you will receive a notification via email. We will attempt to process the payment again within a few days. If the payment still fails, your subscription will be put on hold until you update your payment information
How do I update my payment information?
To update your payment information, log in to your account, go to the payment settings, and enter your new payment details. Make sure to save the changes to ensure your subscription continues without interruption.
