Printed on beautiful pearl paper, each letter is hand-wrapped in rainbow fabric, tied with a bow, and placed into a 200gsm pearl envelope, sealed with a hand-pressed wax stamp. We use only the finest materials to make each month’s delivery truly unforgettable - no letter leaves the Fairy Post Office that I wouldn’t be proud to give my own daughter.

When will my child receive their letters?

📬 First subscription letters are posted within 24–48 hours of your order. After that, each monthly letter is posted on the 1st of every month, so your child can enjoy the magic at the same time each cycle.

Where do you deliver?

🌍 We deliver across Australia, and worldwide too! Typical delivery times are:

Australia: 1–7 business days depending on location

New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK: about 15+ business days (sometimes longer in busy periods)

⚠️ Please note: For international letters, we use Australia Post’s most affordable economy service. This means letters are not trackable, so you won’t receive tracking details — they simply arrive in your child’s mailbox.

Can I request a special letter?

💌 Absolutely! Need a Tooth Fairy letter, birthday surprise, or a dummy farewell? These special letters can be posted any time—just let our fairies know when ordering.

Can I update my address or subscription details?

Our subscription is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew. If your child loves the magic, please resubscribe to your desired period and let us know so we can continue where you left off!

No way! Fairy Mail is for every child who believes in magic - boys and girls alike. Each letter shares empowering messages about kindness, bravery, and resilience.

🎁 Can I send Fairy Mail as a gift?

Absolutely! Fairy Mail makes a magical gift for a child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or special friend. Just enter their name and address at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

👨‍👩‍👧 Do I need a subscription for each child in my home?

You can absolutely share one subscription by adding multiple names to a single envelope. If each child would like their own personalised letter and surprise, we recommend subscribing separately.

📮 Where are the letters sent from?

All letters are lovingly sent from Sydney, Australia, and we post worldwide!

📆 When will my letter be sent?

Your first letter is mailed within 24-48 hours.

All ongoing letters are sent on the 1st of each month via Australia Post.

Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery within Australia, internationally please allow longer at 15+ business days.

💌 Are the letters personalised?

Yes! Each envelope is addressed directly to your child. Just enter their name and address in the boxes at checkout. We’ll take care of the rest with love and fairy dust!

📦 Will I ever receive the same letter twice?

Fairy Mail is a magical journey, with a new story and surprise each month. If you take a break and come back later, let us know so we can make sure you continue right where you left off.

🏠 How do I update my shipping address?

You can log into your account, go to ‘My Subscription’, and update your address. Please email and let us know as well so we can ensure your letters are being delivered correctly! Need help? Just email us!

How amazing and so magical

This is such an amazing idea. We received our first letter a few weeks ago after being told about it by a friend and I’m so glad we subscribed for 12 months. My daughter absolutely loved receiving the mail and then going through it all. The letters are done so beautifully and are even personalized.

Pure magic!

Yesterday we let Rosaria’s dummy go on a balloon to the baby fairies and unicorns. It was so magical! Thank you for what you do!
We did the first letter on Thursday afternoon and she kept saying “I can’t believe it, I can’t believe the fairies coming to me” 🥹 she was incredibly excited and placed the unicorn horn under her pillow. She also took the letter to daycare to show all her friends.
Friday we sprinkled some glitter around the house and sprinkled the special fairy dust from the letter on the doorstep so the fairies knew where to deliver her gift box. After we let her dummy go we followed it to the backyard to watch it fly away while my partner secretly left the gift box on the door step. She was so excited to open her letter and gift. She was super excited about the “fairy dummy” in her letter. She slept with her new unicorn baby and is coping really well without her dummy today.
Thank you for the beautiful details and all the effort you put in! We need to keep the magic alive for our little ones, even if it is just for a dummy.
