Choose the subscription length you'd like, enter your child's name and delivery details, and our fairies will take care of the rest.

Your first letter is posted within 24–48 hours of your order. After that, a new fairy letter is posted on the 1st of each month.

You can choose from 6, 12, 18 or 24-month Fairy Post Office subscriptions.

Each subscription delivers a new personalised fairy letter to your child's letterbox every month for the duration of the subscription.

When will my first fairy letter be posted?

Your first fairy letter is posted within 24–48 hours of placing your order.

After your first letter, your ongoing monthly letters are posted on the 1st of each month.

Do Fairy Post Office subscriptions automatically renew?

Yes. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of your chosen subscription period, so your child's magical letters can continue arriving without interruption.

You can manage or cancel your subscription before the next renewal if you don't wish to continue.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal to prevent the subscription from renewing.

If you need help managing or cancelling your subscription, please contact our Fairy Post Office team and we'll be happy to help.

Can I manage my subscription?

Yes! You can manage your subscription through your subscription account.

You can review your subscription details and manage your renewal settings from there.

Can I change my child's details or delivery information?

If you need to update your child's name, delivery address or other subscription details, please contact our Fairy Post Office team as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to make sure your next magical letter reaches the right little recipient.

Do I need a separate subscription for each child?

One subscription can be shared between siblings if you'd like them to enjoy the fairy letters together.

However, if you'd like each child to receive their own personalised letter and keepsakes, we recommend purchasing a separate subscription for each child.

Will my child receive the same fairy letter more than once?

No. Each monthly delivery brings a new fairy adventure.

Our fairy stories are created as an ongoing collection so that your child can continue discovering new characters, stories and magical surprises throughout their subscription.

Can I continue my subscription after it renews?

Yes! When your subscription renews, your child can continue receiving new fairy adventures without starting again.

The magic simply carries on from month to month.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on where you live.

For Australian addresses, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery.

For international addresses, please allow approximately 15+ business days. International delivery times can vary, particularly during busy postal periods.

Where does Fairy Post Office deliver?

Fairy Post Office sends magical letters throughout Australia and to families around the world.

We currently deliver to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and many other countries.

Is international delivery tracked?

International Fairy Post Office letters are sent using Australia Post's economy service and are not tracked.

Because international mail can take longer to arrive, we recommend allowing the full estimated delivery period before contacting us about a missing letter.

What should I do if my fairy letter hasn't arrived?

If your letter hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Fairy Post Office team.

We'll be happy to look into it and help make sure the magic reaches your child's letterbox.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

For an upcoming monthly letter, we'll do our best to update the address before it is posted.

If a letter has already been sent, unfortunately we may not be able to redirect it.

Every Fairy Post Office letter is lovingly prepared and sent from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

From there, our fairies send each magical envelope on its journey to children around the world.
