Our Story: Handcrafted Fairy Letters, Posted from Sydney

Fairy Post Office began with the person who holds the biggest piece of my heart – my daughter, Chloe.

How it all began

When it was time for Chloe to say goodbye to her dummy, I wanted to make it feel magical instead of hard. So each evening she left a dummy in our little fairy garden, and each morning she found a handwritten letter from the fairies waiting in its place, filled with encouragement, tiny illustrations and a sprinkle of fairy dust.

I'll never forget the way her eyes sparkled as she unwrapped each letter. She read them over and over, kept every one, and believed with her whole heart. That's when I knew this magic was too special to keep to ourselves.

Made by hand, sealed with love

As a single working mum, I poured everything into this dream – not just to build something beautiful for Chloe, but to show her what love, imagination and determination can create.

Every Fairy Post Office letter is still prepared in our Sydney studio with the same care I'd give my own child. Each one is personalised with your child's name, hand-pressed with a real wax seal, filled with fairy dust and little keepsakes, and posted to families across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, the UK and Canada.

Why we do it

In today's fast-paced, screen-filled world, children are losing some of the wonder, curiosity and joy of dreaming that childhood should be full of. A real letter, addressed just to them and arriving in the mailbox, brings that back.

Our fairy letters are written for children aged 4–11 to gently encourage kindness, courage, honesty and confidence – the things a screen can't teach. Whether it's a lost tooth, a birthday, a big move, a first day of school or saying goodbye to the dummy, there's a fairy who's ready to help.
