Shipping Policy

Every Fairy Post Office letter is put together by hand in Sydney, wax-sealed and addressed by hand, then posted to families all over the world.

When we post your order
Orders are posted within 24–48 hours of being placed.

Subscriptions: your child's first letter is posted within 24–48 hours of ordering. After that, a new letter is posted every month for the length of your subscription.

Pre-orders: pre-order items are posted on the date shown on the product page. Any other items in the same order are sent at the same time unless we let you know otherwise.

Delivery times
Letters are sent by standard post. Please allow:
• Australia: 7–10 business days
• New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UK: 15–20+ business days

These are estimates. Postal delays can happen, especially around Christmas and other busy periods, so we recommend ordering early for birthdays and special occasions (at least 1–2 weeks ahead within Australia).

Express shipping
Need it sooner? An express shipping option is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Tracking
Standard letters are posted without tracking. This keeps the magic simple and affordable, but it does mean we can't follow a letter once it's in the post.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tooth Fairy Treasure Kits
Tooth Fairy kits are addressed to the parent and posted in a plain padded envelope, so the surprise stays a secret until the time is right.

Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address and your child's name before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order is posted.

Letter hasn't arrived?
Every so often a letter gets lost on its journey. If yours hasn't arrived once the delivery timeframe above has passed, email us at hello@fairypostoffice.com with your order number. We'll happily send a replacement letter or, if you'd prefer, give you a refund for the missing letter.
