What is Fairy Post Office?

Fairy Post Office is a magical monthly fairy letter subscription created for children aged 4–11.

Each month, a personalised letter arrives in your child's letterbox from a magical fairy, bringing an enchanting new story, magical fairy dust, a special keepsake and a Fairy Passport sticker to collect.

Beautifully created and lovingly prepared, every letter is designed to spark imagination, create excitement and encourage wonderful values such as kindness, courage, empathy, resilience and confidence.

How does Fairy Post Office work?

Choose the subscription length you'd like, enter your child's name and delivery details, and our fairies will take care of the rest.

Your first letter is posted within 24–48 hours of your order. After that, a new fairy letter is posted on the 1st of each month.

Every delivery brings a new adventure for your child to discover and treasure.

What comes inside each fairy letter?

Every monthly delivery includes:

What age is Fairy Post Office suitable for?

Fairy Post Office is designed for children aged 4–11.

Younger children can enjoy having the stories read aloud to them, while older children can enjoy reading the letters themselves and collecting their Fairy Passport stickers and keepsakes.

Are the fairy letters personalised?

Yes! Every letter is personalised with your child's name.

Their name appears on their magical mail, making each delivery feel like it has come especially from the fairy world just for them.

Is Fairy Post Office suitable for boys and girls?

Absolutely! Fairy Post Office is for every child who loves magical stories, imagination and adventure.

Our stories explore universal values including kindness, friendship, courage, empathy, confidence and resilience, making them suitable for children of all genders.

Is Fairy Post Office screen-free?

Yes.

Fairy Post Office is a physical, screen-free experience designed to encourage children to read, imagine, discover and enjoy the excitement of receiving something special in their own letterbox.

Safety Warning

⚠️ Choking Hazard: Some of our letters include small keepsakes, trinkets, or embellishments. These are not suitable for children under 3 years of age and should be used with adult supervision at all times, due to the risk of choking. Please check the contents of each letter before giving it to your child.

Delivery & Postage

When will my first fairy letter arrive?

Your first fairy letter is posted within 24–48 hours of placing your order.

After your first letter, your ongoing monthly letters are posted on the 1st of each month.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on where you live.

For Australian addresses, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery.

For international addresses, please allow approximately 15+ business days. International delivery times can vary, particularly during busy postal periods.

Where does Fairy Post Office deliver?

Fairy Post Office sends magical letters throughout Australia and to families around the world.

We currently deliver to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and many other countries.

Is international delivery tracked?

International Fairy Post Office letters are sent using Australia Post's economy service and are not tracked.

Because international mail can take longer to arrive, we recommend allowing the full estimated delivery period before contacting us about a missing letter.

What should I do if my fairy letter hasn't arrived?

If your letter hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Fairy Post Office team.

We'll be happy to look into it and help make sure the magic reaches your child's letterbox.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

For an upcoming monthly letter, we'll do our best to update the address before it is posted.

If a letter has already been sent, unfortunately we may not be able to redirect it.

Where are Fairy Post Office letters sent from?

Every Fairy Post Office letter is lovingly prepared and sent from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

From there, our fairies send each magical envelope on its journey to children around the world.

Can my child write back to the fairies?

Yes! The fairies love hearing from their readers. Drawings, stories, thank-you notes and little wishes are all welcome. Please post letters to:
