After your first letter, your ongoing monthly letters are posted on the 1st of each month.

Do Fairy Post Office subscriptions automatically renew?

Yes. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of your chosen subscription period, so your child's magical letters can continue arriving without interruption.

You can manage or cancel your subscription before the next renewal if you don't wish to continue.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal to prevent the subscription from renewing.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on where you live.

For Australian addresses, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for delivery.

For international addresses, please allow approximately 15+ business days. International delivery times can vary, particularly during busy postal periods.

Where does Fairy Post Office deliver?

Fairy Post Office sends magical letters throughout Australia and to families around the world.

We currently deliver to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and many other countries.

Is international delivery tracked?

International Fairy Post Office letters are sent using Australia Post's economy service and are not tracked.

Because international mail can take longer to arrive, we recommend allowing the full estimated delivery period before contacting us about a missing letter.

What should I do if my fairy letter hasn't arrived?

If your letter hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Fairy Post Office team.

We'll be happy to look into it and help make sure the magic reaches your child's letterbox.

Can I change my delivery address?

For an upcoming monthly letter, we'll do our best to update the address before it is posted.
