My granddaughter just received her first letter from the fairies this month. It included her passport and her membership card and a special bag of fairy dust confetti and two skeleton keys and a beautifully written letter and a couple of handwritten messages to her as well. She was so excited, and even more exciting her birthday is next month, so I am looking forward to seeing the special birthday letter. But the look on her face when she got to open the letter address to her and read it out loud to me now that she knows how to read was well worth it. Not only does it encourage her to read, but she actually looks forward to it. Definitely worth every penny.

My 5- and 6-year-olds were so excited when their first pink Fairy Letter turned up unexpected in their letterbox. They immediately played with the beautiful fairy dust and were excited to receive their letter (which I read to them), passports and fairy membership cards. Then they proceeded to paint an envelope pink, fill it with little letters in reply to the fairy and put them in our post box for the postman. A winner!
