Our fairy letters are lovingly created for children aged 3 to 11, using a magical mix of storytelling and early childhood teachingexperience. Younger children adore the illustrations and listening to the stories, while older ones enjoy reading and exploring the magic themselves. (And yes, we have a few grown-up fans too!) Save them in a keepsake folder—re-reading makes the messages even more meaningful over time.

📬 Do 6, 12 and 18-month subscriptions renew?

Our subscription is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew. If your child loves the magic, please resubscribe to your desired period and let us know so we can continue where you left off!

🧾 Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel anytime through your account, or simply email us at hello@fairypostoffice.com and we’ll take care of everything with a sprinkle of kindness.

No way! Fairy Mail is for every child who believes in magic - boys and girls alike. Each letter shares empowering messages about kindness, bravery, and resilience. 

🎁 Can I send Fairy Mail as a gift?

Absolutely! Fairy Mail makes a magical gift for a child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or special friend. Just enter their name and address at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

👨‍👩‍👧 Do I need a subscription for each child in my home?

You can absolutely share one subscription by adding multiple names to a single envelope. If each child would like their own personalised letter and surprise, we recommend subscribing separately.

📮 Where are the letters sent from?

All letters are lovingly sent from Sydney, Australia, and we post worldwide!

📆 When will my letter be sent?

Your first letter is mailed within 24-48 hours.

All ongoing letters are sent on the 1st of each month via Australia Post.

Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery within Australia, internationally please allow longer at 15+ business days.

💌 Are the letters personalised?

Yes! Each envelope is addressed directly to your child. Just enter their name and address in the boxes at checkout. We’ll take care of the rest with love and fairy dust!

📦 Will I ever receive the same letter twice?

Fairy Mail is a magical journey, with a new story and surprise each month. If you take a break and come back later, let us know so we can make sure you continue right where you left off.

🏠 How do I update my shipping address?

You can log into your account, go to ‘My Subscription’, and update your address. Please email and let us know as well so we can ensure  your letters are being delivered correctly! Need help? Just email us!

🔧 How do I manage my subscription?

Look for the ‘Manage Subscription’ link in your order confirmation email. From there, you can update your details, pause, or cancel. Need a hand? We’re always here to help!
